This Privacy Policy explains how BlurCandy Studio (“BlurCandy Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit blurcandy.com (the “Site”) or get in touch with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum.

• Information you give us. When you book a call or request a quote through the Site, you may provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your project. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic, anonymised analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or region), device type, and performance metrics. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information on the Site, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your information

We use the information to:

• respond to your enquiries and schedule calls;
• provide, quote, and deliver our services;
• understand how the Site is used and improve it;
• communicate with you about a project you have started or asked about.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site traffic and performance. These tools are privacy-friendly and do not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles. Bookings are handled through Google Calendar (see below), which may set cookies needed for that feature to work. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third parties we work with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business:

• Google. We use Google Calendar to let you book calls and to receive your booking details. Your use of that booking tool is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Vercel. Our website host and analytics provider.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is inaccurate;
• delete it;
• stop using it for a particular purpose.

To exercise any of these, email blurcandystudio@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. These rights are provided in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
