BlurCandy Studio is an AI content studio based in New Delhi, India. The Site showcases our work and lets you get in touch or book a call. The content on the Site, including text, visuals, videos, and our branding, is provided for information and is owned by or licensed to us.

2. Enquiries and bookings are not a contract

Booking a call or requesting a quote through the Site does not create a binding agreement to provide services. Any project we take on will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or quote agreed between you and us, which will set out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Intellectual property

All material on the Site is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or portfolio work for commercial purposes without our written consent.

4. About our work and AI

We create content using a combination of artificial intelligence tools and our own creative direction. Portfolio samples shown on the Site illustrate our capabilities. Specific results for a project depend on its brief and scope and are not guaranteed by anything shown on the Site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it, or to misuse it in any way that could harm BlurCandy Studio or others.
